The management of the Oromia News Network (ONN) is divided in to two: The Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. The Board of Directors is the highest governing body of ONN and has no less than 9 and no more than 12 individuals run by the following officers elected by majority vote: Chair Person, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, and Councilor(s). The Executive Committee operates under the rules and guidance of the Board of directors and executes the day-to-day activities of ONN. The Executive Committee has the following officers assigned by the Board of Directors based on their qualifications and experience: Managing Director, Editor-in-chief, Program and technical Director, and News and Information Director. Volunteers and employees of ONN such as journalists, camera and editing crew, and writers all operate under the leadership of the Executive Committee.
